It always amazes me when people just assume that shampoo is just shampoo.
Yes, maybe they acknowledge that there are different smells or different types of anti-dandruff or oil reducing or even for maximizing curly hair.

But if you so much as dare to suggest that some poor animal may have been tested on or harmed, just so that they can have that slow motion, swinging hair. That once you have shaken your head falls exactly into place, they go all defensive.

The comments of “well I may as well not wash my hair then” or “If they don’t test it how do they know it’s any good and not going to blind me”

Do people even say that stuff anymore? You would be surprised.

So, let’s get straight to the point, there are tons of products out there today that are vegan-friendly,  cruelty-free, and very good for your hair. Not just your hair but products that cater to your skin, teeth, body, and mind. As well as makeup, nail varnish, and hair dyes. They are available more widely now than ever and more and more people are realizing that we have a responsibility to this planet, its land, air quality and its animals. Therefore, its making sense to be a bit wiser and a little bit more understanding of the creatures we share this planet with.
Over the period of the next few blogs, we are going to look at various products that are available from the different genres of vegan safe, cruelty-free items.

Today I’m reviewing the shampoos that are on offer, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free shampoos. The ones that will give you the same if not better results as the tv ads claim yet with an ethical spin on them.
Now let me just say this before the sky falls down and the powers that be start off loading, that a lot of tv ads for shampoos are in fact vegan-friendly. I’m not here to belittle any company or product I just want to give a fair review of what I believe are the top 5 shampoos for those of us that want to show a little understanding and a lot of purpose to our buying habits.

Ok, let’s get started.

First of all, let's establish what this review will actually base its reviews on.
I will be comparing the top 5  vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, shampoo by their effectiveness to actually do what they describe on the bottle. See in my opinion it doesn’t matter if they are cheap or in an aesthetically pleasing packaging. If they are in a squeezy bottle or even if they are in a jar.

If I go to the shops to buy a hoover I expect it to pick the bits up from my carpet or wooden floor. I would be very disturbed to get home and find I had brought my product in a sale and believed I was getting a good deal, only to find it sang a tune or waxed my floor instead.

So, I will give an honest so frills review of what to expect from each product. The products I have chosen have reached my list purely because they do what they say on the label vegan-friendly and cruelty-free shampoo.
I could spend hours comparing every ingredient or smell or even price but hey if you are anything like me

if you want something enough and you know it will do the job then you go for it. No messing about, no wasting time just buy and goodbye.

I will list from 1-5 in no particular order, as I said they have reached the list because they are good and although there are many more that could be added to the list, let’s be honest too much choice makes us dull, we flap around not knowing which to choose and at the end of it all our brains hurt.
Therefore, I will keep it nice and easy.
